Jessica M. Semins is supervising associate attorney with the firm. Jessica practices in personal injury law and litigation representing accident victims, consumers and workers.
Jessica is versed with No-Fault laws and regulations and ensures clients receive the maximum no-fault benefits to which they are entitled. Jessica handles pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions and court conferences in all Courts in New York. She supervises day-to-day client and case issues and operations.
Jessica empathizes with the plight of injured victims and provides responsive and personalized services and solutions. She is methodical and meticulous in her preparation and work-product.
She holds a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where she served as Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Moot Court Honors Board. Jessica was recognized at Touro Law Center for excellence in oral advocacy and had the honor of winning First Place at the 32nd John S. Bainbridge Moot Court competition. Additionally, Jessica received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Best Oral Advocate in her Legal Process class, and the CALI Award for American Trial Courts, for her oral advocacy and motion practice skills. Jessica was also a recipient of the “Exemplary Contributions to the Quality of Student Life” graduation award.
While in law school, Jessica interned with district attorneys’ offices as well as a general practice firm. She was also a student clinician with Touro Law Center’s Veterans’ and Servicemembers’ Rights Clinic. Jessica holds an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Arts) in English Language and Literature from Smith College in Massachusetts. Jessica is also an accomplished musician.
